We research, analyse and model how people choose, and make trade-offs, in decision-making to help businesses plan and optimise their market strategy to better meet customer needs. We use leading edge research tools and bespoke software combined with skills in business consultancy. We have in-house expertise in quantitative and qualitative market research, survey design, conjoint analysis, database analysis, competitor intelligence, internet and bespoke web-survey development and market modelling for forecasting. We have high quality research knowledge and technical ability across a range of markets, from pure consumer to pure business-to-business. We work with businesses to help them understand and respond to the key drivers in their markets in order to optimise return on investment.

By understanding customer choice making and customer journeys and relationships, we test and model the impact of customer views and needs on the business and on the bottom line. We take a holistic view drawing on a range of information sources beyond market surveys, including internal and external opinions, database analysis and other forms of information, often leading to financial forecasts, an assessment of demand and the development of marketing plans and options.

Our philosophy on market research and customer insight is based on sound and appropriate research design to tap into what drives demand and the hidden drivers of choice. We start with a background of market intelligence and then work with business teams to define the right research, including workshops, straw-man approaches and iterative design.
